Head of Games Strategy & Planning at the British Paralympic Association

Jennie started her career being elected as Sports President of Loughborough University. She then went on to work for the Organising Committee of 2015 Rugby World Cup in England before joining the British Paralympic Association Operations Team, delivering ParalympicsGB to the Rio 2016 Paralympics Games. Following this, she became the Project Manager for UK’s Invictus Games Team. She upheld the role of Deputy Chef de Mission (Operations) for Team UK at both the 2017 Invictus Game in Toronto and 2018 in Sydney, a key role in their Games Time Senior Management Team.

Since then, Jennie has set up her own consultancy company and has worked with the likes of Premier League, Cricket World Cup 2019 and UEFA EUROS 2020. She has most recently returned to ParalympicsGB as a member of their Senior Leadership Team ahead of delayed Tokyo Paralympic Games, now being held in 2021.
