Charlotte is a MA Librarianship graduate from the University of Sheffield. She has previously worked in libraries in a range of different sectors, including public and the University of Cambridge.
Her role is to support users of the library with enquiries, resources and provide a variety of study sessions to help ease pressure. To Charlotte, student success is seeing how passionate the students at UCFB are and knowing she has helped them progress in their careers.
