Kevin’s career in football began as an activist fan of Wimbledon FC/AFC Wimbledon. He subsequently worked for Supporters Direct and SD Europe, advising fans, clubs, governing bodies & government, and leading on PR and Policy for the organisation. Since 2015 he has been a consultant to clubs & fans, and in 2018, established Think Fan Engagement, which publishes the annual Fan Engagement Index and Fan Engagement Pod. It advises clubs, organisations and brands on their relationships with fans, strongly advocating a culture of listening.
