Chrissie has been a gymnast, trapeze artist and bricklayer. Latterly she is a health and fitness specialist, publishing 13 fitness books and has run a successful fitness company. Her qualifications in health, fitness and pedagogy have led to her teaching in schools, presenting for such as VISA and the NHS. Her out of work interests include perfecting her handstands and playing tennis.

  • Chrissie has 20 years as business owner of The London Academy of Personal Fitness, where she has a 40+ strong trainer team covering all of London for personal fitness training;
  • Entrepreneur of Deliver a Diet, delivering diet meals to people’s homes, and of Healthcall, a phone fitness service.
