Sport is an important aspect of a varied and enthralling life at UCFB, and as such the football teams are highly competitive in their regional BUCS championships.

As the teams at both campuses gear up to begin the second halves of their seasons after a continental winter break, the latest standings provide highly promising reading across the board:

UCFB Wembley

  • Women’s 1st Team – 2nd (on goal difference) in their division
  • Men’s 1st Team – 1st in their division and are in and in the Last 16 of BUCS SE Conference Plate
  • Men’s 2nd Team – 1st in their division
  • Men’s Development Team – 1st in their division

UCFB Burnley

  • Men’s 1st Team – 1st in their division and are in the Quarter Finals of BUCS Northern Conference Plate
  • Men’s 2nd Team – 3rd in their division
  • Men’s 3rd Team – 1st in their division
  • Men’s 4th Team – 4th in their division

Football Coaches at UCFB, Lewis Timms and Mike Walsh, are proud of their teams, and have further developed opportunities by extending links with prestigious local academies, such as Fulham and Chelsea.
