UCFB and its Global Institute of Sport (GIS) are delighted to release the pilot episode of our 'Soccerex Supplement' in partnership with Soccerex.
Hosted by former Sky Sports and BeiN Sports Presenter, Rob McCaffrey, and featuring top UK journalists Rob Palmer (ESPN/Sky Sports), John Richardson (Sunday Mirror) and Mike Keegan (Daily Mail), the opening episode sees guests preview the upcoming 2022/23 season, using their wealth of knowledge and expertise on a range of topics including: the Premier League 'Top Four' race, UEFA Champions League, top summer transfers including Erling Haaland & Darwin Nunez and more.
Throughout the upcoming series, the guests will also dive in issues and talking points from both on and off the pitch, including the future of women’s football, following the success of the Lionesses at the Women’s Euro 2022.
This partnership will provide an opportunity for UCFB’s BA (Hons) Sports Business & Sports Broadcasting students deliver live productions with leaders from the sporting world through the new Soccerex TV platform. UCFB students will gain hands-on experience producing the show at UCFB's Wembley Campus alongside and in partnership with Soccerex.
