UCFB is delighted to announce that it has extended its partnership with Nike, the world’s leading sportswear provider.

The deal with Nike, who provide kit and training gear for the likes of the England national team, will see senior executives from the brand continue to visit UCFB campuses to deliver guest speaker sessions and conduct video interviews with students to provide valuable insight into elite sportswear. UCFB students will also play a key role in new Nike products by participating in focus groups.

Throughout 2019 the UCFB men’s Undergraduate Academy Manchester benefitted hugely from Nike’s input, and this year the new women’s academy at UCFB Wembley will be able to gain insight from some of the best brains in sportswear.

Commenting on the new partnership, Lee Molyneaux, Nike’s Senior Analyst, said: “It’s been a privilege to work with UCFB students and members of staff, in particular Kevin Braybrook. The staff have all been very accommodating and it’s been a pleasure to help the students understand our business.”

Kevin, UCFB’s Undergraduate Women’s Academy manager, added: “All of us at UCFB are delighted to continue our strong partnership with Nike. Many of our students have benefitted from the vast opportunities that Nike have provided and it continues to inspire our students to be working so closely to such an iconic brand.

“The relationship we have built over the past 12 months has flourished and we are excited to see further developments, especially connecting Nike with our newly formed women’s academy.”

Nike is one of a number of illustrious institutions UCFB is proud to call partners, including The Football Association, The Rugby Football League and Kick It Out.
