Sammy Wynne, a BA (Hons) Football Business & Media student at UCFB Wembley, has successfully had two articles published on the FA website ahead of the Women’s FA Cup Final on Sunday.

Focusing on the all-important game from each managers’ perspective, with comment from both Emma Hayes of Chelsea and Manchester City’s Gareth Taylor, Sammy guides us through the build-up, the tension, and the suspected outcomes of this historic tie at Wembley.

Commenting on being published on this prestigious platform, she said: "I was so excited by the opportunity because there is not much bigger than the Women's FA Cup Final, that is set to be played in front of a record crowd at Wembley. Emma Hayes and Gareth Taylor always have many wise words to tell so to be able to put them into a piece for the FA was a privilege."

Sammy, who is something of an expert in women’s football and the WSL, will also have a full set of Cup Final notes published in the official match-day programme, with tens of thousands of people expected to soak up her never-ending knowledge on the day.

The FA website is part of an impressive portfolio in which UCFB students have had their names published in print, from Premier League football clubs to England’s netball team. With our unique partnerships across the EFL and beyond, students have a chance to kick start their careers in sports journalism before completing their degrees.

Sammy, no doubt, will have more to say after the Final.
