Some of our students were at the Women’s FA Cup Final, as an all-time world attendance record was broken for a club match in women’s football.
At the historic event was Scarlett, Marni and Madie, three of our Wembley Campus students who were delighted to be a part of such a day.
Marni, a BA (Hons) International Sports Business student, said: “It was such a great experience to be a part of a world record attendance for a women's domestic match.
“To see a full Wembley Stadium of people supporting the women's game is such a huge step and recognition of growth. Despite being a Manchester United fan, I really enjoyed the day!”
She added: “My first year at UCFB has been a huge learning curve, but one in the right direction.
“The contacts and networking events are brilliant, maximising your chances to achieve your dream job within the sports industry.
“As a young woman with a dream of working in sport, UCFB is a fantastic pathway.
“To work alongside females sharing the same passion is so inspiring, and previous graduates have shown what amazing careers are possible as a result.”
