A pair of UCFB Wembley students have teamed up to organise a football fun day to help raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Karan Kayastha and Krishna Thadani, both BA (Hons) Sports Business & Coaching students, have set up the Get Out Score for Hospital event, set to take place at Mill Hill Power League on Sunday 26th March.

The fundraising event has been organised under their company name – Sports Scope – which was recently successful at the UCFB Sports Entrepreneur Awards.

The fun day will feature football matches, various competitions, food and drink and will also offer participants the chance to speak to representatives from GOSH. As well as raising money for the hospital, it is also hoped the event will raise awareness about racism and disability within sport.

Participants on the day will be asked to donate £5 towards the appeal. The day will run from 1pm-4pm at the Power League on Pursley Road, NW7 2BB.
