As a Masters student at UCFB, Pedro’s goal upon graduation was to help promote futsal to the masses across the UK. As the director and co-founder of The Daily Futsal – a website aimed to educate participants and stakeholders on the sport – he can say he’s succeeded rather quickly.
The MSc Sport Management student was in the first cohort of Masters students at UCFB Wembley, and used his time there to network and make himself visible across the sports industry. This included work experience at West Ham United as a fan engagement and marketing intern before their move to the Olympic Stadium.
Now with The Daily Futsal, Pedro and his team are serving the growing futsal community with daily news articles, coaching tips, video highlights from leagues around the country and providing valuable insight into the sport.
