Access and Widening Participation Manager
TJ has a wealth of experience in the area of Access & Widening Participation developed across various roles in Further and Higher Education. Joining in 2023, TJ and his team are responsible for Scholarships, Bursaries, outreach and providing a route into UCFB for students from underrepresented backgrounds. TJ is incredibly passionate about increasing the representation of historically underrepresented students not just in Higher Education but the employment sector as a whole.
