Carlos Bocanegra- Atlanta United

Technical Director at MLS side Atlanta United

Former USA national team captain Carlos Bocanegra was named Technical Director of Atlanta United on March 2, 2015. He has established the club’s long-term curriculum and oversees all soccer operations, including player personnel and transactions, staff management and scouting for the First Team, ATL UTD 2 and Academy program. Amidst one of the most impressive expansion seasons in MLS history, as the club became the first team to qualify for MLS Cup Playoffs since 2009. Bocanegra was promoted to Vice President and Technical Director in 2017 and has gone on to propel the club to new heights, breaking numerous MLS records along the way.


Holly Murdoch- St. George's Park

General Manager at St Georges Park

Holly has a wealth of experience within the sports and leisure industry. She began her career at Northern Racing Limited where she progressed up the ranks from Executive Director to General Manager. This in turn led her career onto now being General Manager at St Georges Park. In this role, she possesses full management responsibility of the FA's £105m National Football Centre and works closely with the FA’s Technical Team to ensure the venue has the best possible training and learning environment.

Carlos Arranz- Real Zaragoza

Commercial and Marketing Director at Real Zaragoza

Carlos has been the Commercial and Marketing Director at Spanish club Real Zaragoza since 2015. He has led on a plethora of successful marketing campaigns during this period that has resulted in remarkable season ticket renewals and new subscribers. He has worked across several different industries and countries in his career, including the Netherlands, Belgium and Mexico.

Joe Stetson- New York Red Bulls

Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer at New York Red Bulls  

Joe oversees strategic development of Marketing, Communications and Multimedia for the major League Soccer franchise, New York Red Bulls. He joined the Red Bulls in 2014 and has led the club to considerable growth in ticket sales and fan engagement. In 2016, Stetson was named the MLS Marketing Executive of the Year and has worked in the marketing industry for over 20 years. 

Joe has been at the Red Bulls for nearly 6 years and oversees the strategic development of Marketing, Communications and Multimedia for the franchise. This involves working with brands to develop and execute marketing strategy and solutions by using sports and entertainment as a marketing platform.

Joe has a long history is sports marketing, having worked for some of the biggest names in the NY sports industry, including Madison Square Garden Networks, Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment (which includes the Brooklyn Nets NBA franchise), and Van Wagner Sports and Entertainment.


Brendan Flood- UCFB & Burnley FC

UCFB Chairman and Director at Burnley FC

UCFB’s Chairman and Chief Executive who led the creation of UCFB inside Turf Moor stadium, Brendan’s background also includes steering football clubs on both sides of the Atlantic to new heights. First joining Burnley FC’s Board of Directors in 2006, Brendan became its major investor and Operational Director in 2007, playing a significant role in the club’s first promotion to the Premier League in 2009 and two subsequent promotions since. One of the founding owners of MLS side Orlando City SC, Brendan has helped to shape its recent success which includes a playing squad that boasts Portuguese star, Nani. Brendan has several decades of experience as a leader and founder of successful property, sport and investment companies in the UK and the USA.

Bill Manning- Toronto FC

President at Toronto FC   

President at Toronto FC for 5 years he also added to his responsibilities as President of the Toronto Argonauts when the Canadian Football League franchise was acquired by the company in January 2018. He joined Toronto FC after spending the previous 8 seasons as president of both Real Salt Lake and Rio Tinto Stadium, spending his time here transforming the club into award winning success.

Javier Morente Garcia- LaLiga

Head of Relations with International Sports Associations at LaLiga 

Javier joined LaLiga in 2017. He currently works as Deputy of the President, providing support in strategic projects of the company. He is also the Head of LaLiga Relations with International Sports Associations. Previously, he worked as a Global Network Delegate, representing LaLiga in Cameroon.

Before joining LaLiga, Javier worked for 4 years as an international consultant at Deloitte Sports Consulting, highlighting projects in Gabon (professionalization of the National Football League), in Peru (Organization of the Lima 2019 Pan American and ParaPanamerican Games) and in Chile (National Strategic Plan for Physical Activity and Sport 2016-2025).

In terms of education, Javier studied a double degree of the University of Valencia (Spain) and the University of North Carolina Wilmington (United States). Previously, he completed his primary and secondary studies at the French Lyceum of Valencia.
