Are UCFB Etihad Campus halls catered?

Halls of residence in Manchester are self-catered, with excellent facilities for students to cook to their own taste in modern flats. A number of restaurants and cafes are only a short walk or tram journey away from the city centre and Etihad Campus.   A large 24 hour Asda, Spar, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, not to mention China Town, are also close to the city centre too.

Do students stay in halls for a number of years?

First year students are given priority over rooms in halls, but opportunities for second and third year students are available upon request.

How do I apply?

Please complete the online reservation form via the UCFB Etihad Campus accommodation page.

If I’m holding an offer from UCFB as my insurance choice, should I still make an application for accommodation?

Do I need to pay an application fee/deposit?

An advance rent payment of £250 must be paid at point of booking. This can be paid by bank transfer, cheque or over the phone.

Should you wish to cancel your accommodation request, this must be done in writing (emails are accepted) within 7 days of booking. All rooms are offered on the understanding that you will stay and pay for the room for the entire occupancy period as stated on the Residency Agreement.
