Students will be awarded a gold, silver or bronze award depending on how many sessions and enrichment programmes they attend during their time at UCFB.
Students will undertake a checklist of engagement requirements to attain the award.

Bronze level
- Attend a minimum of 1 executive guest speakers per academic year
- Engage in a minimum of 1 enrichment programmes per academic year (you must attend all consecutive sessions in a programme)
- Attend 1 careers-related session (e.g. CV workshop or 1:1 consultation) per academic year
- Carry out a minimum of 1-day industry volunteering
- Carry out at least 1 work placement
Silver level
- Attend a minimum of 2 executive guest speakers per academic year
- Engage in a minimum of 2 enrichment programmes per academic year (you must attend all consecutive sessions in a programme)
- Attend 2 careers-related session (e.g. CV workshop or 1:1 consultation) per academic year
- Carry out a minimum of 2 days industry volunteering
- Carry out at least 1 work placements
Attend the careers fair
Gold level
- Attend a minimum of 3 executive guest speakers per academic year
- Engage in a minimum of 3 enrichment programmes per academic year (you must attend all consecutive sessions in a programme)
- Attend 2 careers-related session (e.g. CV workshop or 1:1 consultation) per academic year
- Carry out a minimum of 3 days industry volunteering
- Carry out at least 2 work placements
- Attend the careers fair
