Mo Hoque is an Employability & Career Planning Advisor at UCFB’s Wembley campus, helping students gain the skills, experience, and confidence to succeed in the sports and wider industries. He works with students, academics, and employers to create placement opportunities, deliver tailored career guidance, and strengthen professional pathways.
With a BA in Sport and Physical Education, an MSc in Physical Activity, Behaviour Change, and Nutrition, and experience with Stevenage FC Foundation, Mo brings both academic knowledge and practical expertise. He also leads on social media projects for the Employability & Career Planning team, using creative storytelling to highlight the impact of ECP and the successes of students and alumni.
Beyond his role at UCFB, Mo is an ECB Level 2 qualified cricket coach with a broad interest in sport and a fascination with the positive impact it has on people, communities, and society. This perspective makes supporting students in pursuing careers across the sporting industry an especially exciting and rewarding part of his work.
