Tony is solution-focused, designing practical, results-driven courses that maximise human potential. The success of VSI has been recognised by sports clubs and governing bodies worldwide, supporting succession planning and leadership development.
Known for his integrity and reliability, he brings over 20 years’ experience driving elite performance in sport, alongside qualifications in psychology, neuroscience and sports law. He co-founded VSI Executive Education, pioneering the MSD and MSc in Sports Directorship, as well as the world’s first MBA for CEOs of sports organisations, with a mission to develop the next generation of strategic leaders in sport.

Prof. Rob Wilson
Dean
Rob is Dean at UCFB and a Professor of Applied Sports Finance with more than 25 years’ experience in Higher Education and the Business of Sport.
A recognised thought leader, he has authored seven books and numerous academic papers on sport finance and governance, and regularly contributes expert commentary to global media including the BBC, Sky Sports, and the Financial Times. He works at the intersection of executive education, strategic advisory and applied finance, shaping senior leadership pathways while advising clubs, governing bodies, start-ups and investors across the global sports industry.
