Carlan has 20 years practical coaching and teaching experience in a wide variety of settings, from grassroots to elite. Carlan has worked across all age groups in Academy football across Category 1, 2 and 3 clubs, and has coached current senior and youth internationals. Carlan is currently in the Womens senior game as a first team coach. He also works as an FA Coach Developer.
