How to log in to the UCFB Learner Portal for the first time

You will have received an email with a link to the portal, details of your username and instructions to reset your password when you first login.

Click on the Learner Portal link and on the login screen, select ‘Forgot your password?’

The below screen will then be displayed. Enter your username (if you still have a copy of the email), or the email address you used when you applied to UCFB, then click submit.

You will automatically be sent a reset password email. If after a couple of minutes, nothing has appeared in your inbox, check your spam folder.

Open the email and click on RESET PASSWORD. This takes you to a screen where you will be prompted to enter your date of birth.

After entering your date of birth, you will then be prompted to create a new password.

Passwords must be at least 9 characters, contain a combination of upper and lower case characters and at least 1 digit.
