An NFL star was in awe of our Wembley Campus on a recent visit to the stadium with Avalon Sports.
As part of the partnership with Avalon Sports, a few select representatives flew across the Atlantic Ocean to visit the home of football.
They brought with them the current Safety for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Minkah Fitzpatrick.
Fitzpatrick has been with the Steelers since his move from Miami Dolphins in 2019, and he was very excited to be visiting Wembley.
During the visit, Minkah and everyone from Avalon Sports were taken on a tour of the stadium, including visiting our educational facilities.
Minkah Fitzpatrick said about the tour: “It’s an honour to be here. I’m excited to bring my homies here.
“It’s a beautiful, beautiful field. Hopefully I will be able to play here one day – that would be awesome.
“It’s pretty crazy that people have school here and have classes. That’s definitely exciting and really cool for them to see this every single day.
“This is an awesome opportunity. I’m thankful for it and I just want to say thanks to UCFB for having me.”
