UCFB is delighted to be able to say that we have achieved our greatest overall set of results in the National Student Survey to date, as per the 2025 results.
The nationwide survey is taken by Level Six students on their experience over the years studying at their respective university. UCFB’s overall response rate was 73 per cent, higher than the average across the education sector.
With the 2025 results in, the survey has been a brilliant showcase for UCFB, having improved on all ten theme areas of the survey since the 2024 results 12 months ago.
UCFB is extremely proud to state that in six of the ten themes, we scored higher than the sector. These six areas are:
Our strongest theme remains Academic Support, which scored a fantastic 91 per cent approval rating, rising from last year’s still remarkable score of 88 per cent.
This is only just ahead of our Freedom of Expression score, which came in at a 90 per cent approval rating.
UCFB’s biggest improvement from the 2024 results is within the theme of Organisation and Management, which saw its score rise by a magnificent 7.2 percentage points.
All ten themes are given their scores once the students submit their responses to the 27 questions, and then each institution is given an overall positivity/satisfaction score.
UCFB is pleased to say our overall positivity score for the 2025 National Student Survey is 81.5 per cent, growing 3.3 percentage points from the 2024 results.
