Andrew is an ex-Welsh rugby player who was capped 53 times, 15 of those as captain at under-20s level. He has been teaching for the past nine years and been teaching in higher education for the past three. Outside of the office, Andrew is a keen Leeds United fan as well as a RFU qualified referee, and has a Level 2 RFU rugby coaching award.
