Ash joined UCFB in March 2019 she gained her PG Diploma in Career Guidance from Coventry University. Where she specialised in Higher Education; gaining her experience from Loughborough University, the University of West London and De Montfort University. Having gained good experience of delivering careers group work and appointments Ash continued this work with the NHS where she worked for the Forensic Mental Health Service.
