Bob has 43 years in broadcasting with, among others, BBC Sport, TNT Sports, DAZN. Commentator at 14 Olympic Games, 7 summer, 7 winter and major sports events worldwide. Sony Award winner 1997. Has taught at UCFB Wembley since 2019 on media degrees.
Areas of expertise
Bob has worked hard to establish a new-look Foundation set-up since 2023 incorporating new team members and ideas. He’s hosted many of the big guests we have for the students including Martin Tyler and Clive Tydesley.
Expertise in industry
Bob has worked in BBC and National Radio. He’s presented his own show on talkSPORT for seven years. Bob is a regular in sport media having commentated on basketball, ice hockey, swimming, water polo and diving for various broadcasters as well as wheelchair tennis.
