A UEFA A qualified coach with over 20 years experience, Dominic has coached in the professional academies of Watford FC, Southampton FC and AFC Bournemouth. Formerly a Head of Recruitment and Youth Development Phase Lead Coach he currently takes the U16s at Reading FC’s Category One Academy, alongside course leadership at UCFB.
As a ‘pracademic’ Dominic straddles the worlds of professional football coaching and academia, previously working at Southampton Solent University before joining UCFB in 2018 and becoming a Course Leader in 2020. Dominic is completing a Professional Doctorate in Elite Performance and has previously researched Premier League goal-scoring and managerial profiles in the Premier League and EFL.
