Kieran Spencer

Kieran has a keen interest in youth leadership and has spent several years working with The FA, BUCS, AoC Sport and Youth Sport Trust, designing and delivering youth leadership programmes, and supporting the organisations to develop their offer for young people.
Aside from this, Kieran has a background in event organisation and delivery, having worked as part of the FA Futsal events team and most recently on the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham. In addition to his work at UCFB, Kieran also works as an Event Consultant for the Premier League.
Kieran is passionate about youth representation at board level within organisations, and has served as a trustee on the board of County Durham Sport since 2018.
