BA (Hons) Football Coaching and Management

 

Lee is a UEFA B Licence and FA Youth Award coach with 20 years’ experience coaching within the elite talent pathways for both male and female settings. He has held coaching roles with both the foundation and youth development phase environments. He is currently head coach of a grassroots women’s first team in the Milton Keynes area. In addition to coaching roles, Lee has been Head of Football within a large college and course leader for BSc (Hons) Sports Coaching degrees.

 

He has a Masters in Sports Coaching with research focus areas on building intrinsic motivation into coaching environments, coach behaviours through practical interventions and exploring how emotions can impact athlete development for better understand coaching interventions.
