Neil has worked in the football industry for 15 years, and has worked within the Foundation Phase at a successful Premier League Academy for ten years. He has also experience of working in grassroots football, mentoring coaches and leading teams of coaches on international commercial projects for one of the most recognised clubs in world football. Neil has been a lecturer in education for 12 years and has lead a team of staff and developed the curriculum for a successful sport and public services department within the further education sector.
