Peace joined UCFB in 2023 and has been working in diversity and inclusion since 2018. Her role aims to create opportunities and pathways for students who experience barriers to their academic progression and ensure they can flourish within higher education. Peace is passionate about bridging the gap in educational success for individuals from diverse backgrounds by placing inclusivity at the heart of every educational project and promoting respect, diversity, success and progression.
