Richard is a highly experienced coach and coach developer, who has spent the last 23 years working in the elite coaching environment supporting and challenging some of the country’s best coaches.
He is a UEFA Pro licence holder and FA tutor across all levels of coach development framework.
Richard has supported the UCFB BA (Hons) Football Coaching & Management programme for the last 6 years, and has a keen interest in coach development and the processes learners undertake.
