Tom has worked in a wide range of sporting environments for over 20 years and has held positions on the senior leadership teams for GreaterSport and British Basketball. Tom’s more recent focus has been in the events sector where he has worked for both the London 2012 Olympics and Glasgow Commonwealth Games, as well as being Event Director for four major world championships in a variety of sports. Having played lacrosse for England, captaining the team to a European Championship gold medal in 2000, Tom started coaching in 2004.

His journey has now seen him coach England at various age groups and in a number of roles at five world championships. He coached the team to a European Championship gold medal in Budapest in 2016. Tom is cuHead Coach of the GB Men’s lacrosse team and is leading the team through the Olympic qualification process for Los Angeles 2028 . Tom therefore brings a wealth of applied experience to his role across both business and coaching
