Published April 24, 2025 by Routledge
How we reflect has been placed under scrutiny for a number of years. Throughout this chapter, the history of reflection will be looked at and why reflection is important in a number of ways across a number of different professions. The ways to reflect and how they can be used practically will be discussed and the types of reflection that suit you as a coach and a person will be highlighted in the chapter. By the end of this chapter, you will know more about why we need to reflect, not just for you as the coach, but for the players you are working with as well.
