Wayne is a former professional footballer for Barnsley, Crewe Alexandra and Rochdale. A UCFB graduate himself, he holds both an undergraduate degree in Football Coaching & Management and a Master’s in Football Coaching & Practice.

Wayne has over a decade of coaching experience across academy, non-league, and semi-professional levels – including his most recent role as Head Coach at Leek Town (Step 3). For the past five years, Wayne has taught across UCFB’s undergraduate and postgraduate coaching courses.

Sean studied the MSc Football Coaching & Analysis at UCFB and has gone on to build an exciting career in the professional game. He currently works as a Transition Phase Specialist and WU16 Academy Coach at Manchester City FC.
