University Campus of Football Business (UCFB) is very pleased with the latest annual results of the National Student Survey.
The 2024 survey takes a range of themes related to student experience and gives each university a host of positivity ratings.

In terms of the 2024 survey, with an overall response rate of 83 per cent, UCFB students’ participation in the survey was much higher than the sector’s overall response rate of 72 per cent.
This year, UCFB has managed to maintain an overall satisfaction rate of 78 per cent.
Looking into more specific areas of student experience, we are delighted with scores given to us by our Level Six students.
We have made significant improvements in our scores relating to themes including assessment and feedback, mental wellbeing, freedom of expression and academic support.
UCFB’s biggest improvement in comparison to the 2023 National Student Survey was in mental wellbeing. In the last year, we have increased in this field by 5.4 percentage points, with our second greatest improvement this year being in assessment and feedback.
In addition, we have received a higher than 80 per cent satisfaction rate in further fields too, such as teaching, learning opportunity and learning resources.
With each area, there is a national benchmark for all universities to aim to attain. We are pleased to say that we are ahead of the national benchmark in:
With this, academic support (88 per cent) and freedom of expression (86.8 per cent) remain our best performing areas in terms of positivity scores.
