UCFB Wembley and Manchester celebrate graduation class of 2024

Across November and December, UCFB held two incredible graduation ceremony for our graduating classes of 2024, at both UCFB Wembley and UCFB Manchester.

UCFB Manchester’s ceremony took place at the Etihad Stadium on November 20, while on December 11, our London Campus ceremony occurred at the iconic Wembley Stadium.

Across both occasions, hundreds of graduands collected their well-earned certificates for their undergraduate or postgraduate degrees in such fields as sports media, coaching or business.

Following this, they celebrated with friends and families and took photos with the iconic stadium backdrops, throwing their graduation caps in the air in great triumph.

Our Manchester Campus graduation consisted of three individual ceremonies, in each of which a new honorary fellow of UCFB was announced, being:

• Andrea Chilton – Chief Executive of the English Schools’ Football Association
• Tony Burnett – Former CEO of Kick It Out
• Mushtaq Al-Waeli – Senior Executive Advisor

The new honorary fellows of UCFB during the Wembley Campus ceremonies were:

• Jo Tongue – Founder and CEO of Tongue Tied Management
• Baroness Sue Campbell – Former Director of Women’s Football at The Football Association

Following the awarding of the graduation certificates, a new year of UCFB alums wave goodbye to three years of studies and experience while getting the most out of the UCFB experience.

Now, they will use all the skills, knowledge and experience they have acquired to pursue their dream career in the football and wider sports industry.
