In her role, Courtney supports students throughout their time at UCFB and beyond, providing tailored guidance through one-to-one appointments, workshops, and networking events. She is committed to equipping students with the skills and confidence needed to launch successful careers in the sporting industry. Alongside this, Courtney leads initiatives focused on women in sport, championing greater representation and opportunities, and inspiring female students to thrive in their chosen career paths.
