As Student Support and Inclusion Lead at UCFB, Nimisha is passionate about fostering an environment where every student feels supported, valued, and included. With a BA in Psychology and an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology, she brings both empathy and practical knowledge to her role, supporting students through the highs and lows of university life.
Nimisha understands that university can bring both challenges and opportunities, and she is committed to helping students feel empowered as they navigate their journeys. Whether it’s academic pressure, personal struggles, or simply needing someone to talk to, the Student Support door is always open to those in need of guidance, encouragement, or a listening ear.
She takes an inclusive approach to her work, striving to ensure that every student , regardless of their background, identity, or circumstances, feels welcomed, supported, and able to access the help they need. Nimisha believes inclusion isn’t just about policies, but about everyday actions that make students feel respected, safe, and belonged.
Outside of work, she enjoys karaoke, sports, and creative arts, and is always looking for ways to develop her practice and stay informed so she can support students in the most meaningful and effective way.
