UCFB Miami Experience

In 2025, UCFB offered 150 students the chance to travel to Miami for an exclusive World Cup Experience. Designed to showcase the build-up to the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the trip included cultural highlights, industry insights and unique sporting opportunities. As part of the experience, students enjoyed:

The Experience

Accommodation and Travel to Miami: Fully funded by UCFB.
Guest Speakers: Students gained insights from leading figures in the sports industry who will share their knowledge and experiences.
Sporting Event: Attendees witnessed Miami sporting action with a live sport experience.
Miami Stadium Tour: The group explored an iconic stadium at the 2026 FIFA World Cup host city.

What Did the Experience Include?

The Road to the World Cup Experience took place across September 2025.

The experience was based at the Chase Stadium, home to Major League Soccer’s 25th franchise, Inter Miami CF – whose ownership group is composed of former England captain David Beckham, Jorge and Jose Mas as well as Marcelo Claure and Masayoshi Son.

The 34-acre facility includes a 19,100-capacity stadium, a 50,000-square-foot training centre and seven fields in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Travel for this opportunity was booked by UCFB. Selected students were allocated a return flight to Miami International Airport, along with transfers to the hotel accommodation.
