Multiple UCFB representatives were involved in the recent Hong Kong Lacrosse Super Sixes international tournament, and even came back home with winners’ medals.

This was the first Lacrosse Sixes tournament since the announcement that the sport will be included in the programme for the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
In the men’s tournament, Team GB and coach Tom Wenham were named champions after winning five out of five games. The first four results were:
After these fantastic results, Great Britain had a championship final against Germany, and were victorious 17-13.

Meanwhile, Lara Owen oversaw both men’s and women’s games throughout the tournament, including the bronze medal game on the final day.
James Lofthouse, as the clock-shot operator, worked with the bench crew for all games on one of the tournament pitches, including both men’s and women’s finals.
Team GB women also came away as champions at the tournament, beating Germany 17-6 in their final.
