Applications for September 2026 entry:
- Undergraduate Scholarships open from Wednesday 14th January 2026.
- Undergraduate Bursaries open from Monday 16th February 2026.
- Postgraduate Scholarships open from Monday 2nd February 2026.
UCFB’s Access and Widening Participation (AWP) schemes and programmes have been shaped to address the equality of opportunity for underrepresented groups to access, succeed in and progress from higher education.
The UCFB scholarship schemes encourage students to enhance their time studying with us and graduate with more than just their university degree. Available at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels of study, we are committed to enhancing the employability of all students accessing higher education.
These initiatives not only offer students the chance to gain a number of individual skills that will enhance their CV but also increase employment prospects and enhance their overall experience. At Postgraduate level, students also have the opportunity to access tuition fee discounts and mentoring from industry professionals.
The UCFB Undergraduate Bursary Scheme is intended to help level the playing field for undergraduate students from lower income, disadvantaged and traditionally under-represented backgrounds in Higher Education (including students from low income households and those who are a care giver, single parent, students with a disability, independent learner, female student or from a global majority group) to ensure that higher education is available to everyone.
