The core of UCFB’s aim is to provide our students with the skills, knowledge and experience to prepare them for their dream career in the football and wider sports industry.
This is why we are delighted at the success our graduates are having across the industry, thriving in careers across fields such as sports media, sports business and sports coaching.
Having gained not only the theoretical knowledge of their chosen field within sport, but with valuable experience alongside their studies, students are already upskilled and ready to take the industry on immediately upon graduating.
We are overjoyed that 90 per cent of UCFB graduates are employed or in full-time study within 12 months of graduating.
Furthermore, 62 per cent of UCFB graduates are working within the football and wider sports industry.
Moreover, out of the graduates who further their education, 96 per cent are staying within the industry, choosing to studying a sport-related postgraduate degree course.
It’s clear to see that UCFB graduates are making a name for themselves across football and sport.
It is fantastic news to hear that UCFB have had graduates working at each of the 92 professional football clubs competing across the 2025-26 season.
This is in addition to graduates having worked at 12 of the 12 Women’s Super League clubs of 2025-26.
