UCFB Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the governing body of the University Campus of Football Business Limited. The Board makes major decisions and sets the strategic objectives and plans. The Board oversees the work of the Executive Leadership Team, Senior Management Team and Academic Board to ensure the achievement of the institution’s objectives and the maintenance of academic standards.

Governance Framework
These policies and documentation relate to UCFB Governance Framework.
As a registered provider of higher education, UCFB must comply with the Office for Students’ (OfS) ongoing conditions of registration, including those that specifically relate to governance. One of the primary responsibilities of a governing body is to ensure the establishment and monitoring of systems of control and accountability, including procedures for managing conflicts of interest.
