With nearly 20 years’ experience in the higher education sector, Sarah joined UCFB from Staffordshire University where she was Director of Employer Partnerships and Associate Professor of work-based education and skills. Sarah currently serves as Non-Executive Director on two boards – one multi-academy trust across four schools, and one independent apprenticeship training provider.
