UCFB is focussed and dedicated to the quality delivery of undergraduate and Master's degrees in the operational and business facets of the football and sports industries enabling students to gain additional opportunities to play significant roles in the workplace. This responds to the global multi-billion pound industries which require specific administrative, management and operational skills and capabilities.

We regularly and systematically enhance our processes for the monitoring of quantitative data and processes are in place to improve student retention, achievement and success rates, improve grade profiles alongside graduate employment supported by, and in conjunction with, the student body. UCFB continuously review and strive to improve the academic regulations and governance and as a result we internalised the Academic Board as a standing sub-committee of the Governing Body. The remit of the Governing Body enables further improvements to academic regulations and to external scrutiny whilst providing a systematic monitoring of progress against actions to ensure these are robust, transparent and fully considered. Quality improvements include action planning that monitors internal quality processes, which are reviewed and considered at the appropriate boards/committees of UCFB. These improvements provide a regular and systematic monitoring of progress against the key performance targets with specific and timely target dates and follow up action reviews to measure impact, review and demonstrate progress.
