Helen has a BSC (Hons) in Psychology with Statistics from the University of Hertfordshire and has subsequently been working with students on their Academic Skills for the past nine years. Running her own business in this area, Helena wrote and delivered a variety of Study Skills Programmes both in person as well as via online courses. Through the pandemic, she posted regular content to support students with home study for a YouTube channel and other social media platforms.
