Chris is one of the longest serving members of the UCFB academic team, with nearly two decades of experience working across the football industry and within higher education. His coaching roles at the academy level for Wigan Athletic, Blackpool, Fleetwood Town, Bury and Morecambe have directly involved coaching players who have gone onto become England internationals, EFL award winners and even a World Cup winner.
Chris has also held player recruitment roles at youth level for Stoke City, Blackburn Rovers and Manchester City, as well participating in various International projects with Bolton Wanderers, Arsenal and Manchester United.
