Practitioner of Football Coaching
Matt has coached football for 16 years, including 10 years as a Community and Academy coach at Carlisle United. In addition, he's enjoyed spells as a Soccer Schools coach at Manchester United, worked full time in the UAE, and experienced tours to Japan, Kuwait, South Korea and Bahrain. Whilst Manager of Mossley Hill Women’s in the FAW Premier League, Matt enjoyed further success through winning the Merseyside County Cup. More recently, he was Liverpool John Moores' first team Manager and oversaw the side's promotion. Finally, prior to joining UCFB, he has spent time as a lecturer on both BTEC Level 3 and University programmes.
