UCFB’s Dr Alexander Chrysanthou, programme leader for BA (Hons) Sports Business & Sports Law, has recently seen his research article ‘Understandings of Detriment for Resolving Frozen Embryo Disputes’ published in the June 2020 edition of the Journal of Medical Law and Ethics (JMLE).
The article accordingly contemplates the physical, psychological and financial detriments to gamete providers, in instances where embryos are used against their wishes.
