Working for one of the biggest football clubs in the world – Juventus – ensured Bastian was prepared to take his next step on to becoming the CMO at Tify. However, when working for the Italian club as the Marketing Manager for the Juventus Academy London, Bastian Hildebrand ensured the camps gained the right coverage to support the club’s development plan in their bid to unearth the next Paulo Dybala.

The BA (Hons) International Football Business graduate helped to run the Academy’s website and social media channels, showcasing the work the coaches do with youngsters in the capital, all of whom aspire to one day pull on the famous black and white kit of the Old Lady.

On his role with Juventus, Bastian said: “We scouted players with the goal being to find a player in the next few years who can then move to Turin and hopefully make it all the way there. Homegrown players are what fans always desire, but if they come from another country then even better because you can then build a fan base in that country as well.”

Away from Juventus, Bastian is also the Chief Marketing Officer and Co-founder at Tify – a social media monitoring tool that analyses sentiment and emotion behind social media posts.
