Arsenal Ladies and Lionesses legend Kelly Smith MBE will be coming to UCFB Wembley, to deliver a talk to students next week.

Kelly, who earned 117 caps for the Lionesses, scoring 46 goals, will be at the Wembley Campus talking from 10.30am to 11.30am on the morning of Wednesday, February 1.

During her career, Kelly won five Women’s Premier League titles, as well as five FA Cups and a Champions League.

She retired in 2017 after more than 20 years of playing, during which time she was awarded an MBE, before being inducted into the Women’s Super League Hall of Fame in 2021.

Kelly now works as a broadcaster and pundit, featuring on Sky Sports and Match of the Day Live, covering the FA Women's Super League and 2022 Euros.

Former England Women’s manager Hope Powell said about her: "Kelly is one of those players who come along only once or twice in a lifetime. In the men's game you'd think of Diego Maradona or Messi, players with a unique talent, and that's what Kelly has."
